My name is David Harding and thank you for visiting my website.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, and certified as an NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapy™ Master Practitioner and Life Coach.
What this means is that I help many different types and ages of people to make beneficial changes to their lives. This might be to reduce stress and anxiety, lose weight, get rid of phobias, stop smoking, help them move their life in the right direction to name just a few.
I am passionate about what I do and always take time to make sure each of my clients feels
they are treated as an individual. I help clients from my home town of Oxted on the Surrey/ Kent border, and also a wide surrounding area including Westerham, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Orpington, Croydon, Caterham, Redhill, Reigate and Crawley.
